I have yet to find anything on this, and hoping someone could help.

I have C# compact framework solution consisting of a bunch of projects
consisting of about 10 dlls, and a single exe. 1. I start the debugger
on the application exe
2. Code is compiling and deploying to the device (
3. I click in the source code window of say some dll code or select a
file on the solution explorer that is not in the exe
4. The solution finishes deploying and instead of launching the
application, the dll tries to launch.

This gets frustrating, when waiting for the deploy, and then you
accidentally click in the wrong window, and boom... You need to
redeploy.
