Hi,

Just tested this on Vista x86 SP1 with VS2008. My help collection is set
to MSDN Jan 08 (set for off-line help only). I'm NOT seeing CPU activity
after opening a solution, opening a C++ file and then choosing "How do
I" from the help menu.
