Hi:

I am having trouble with the vsmdi files created by the Unit Testing system
of VS2008 for Software Developers.

1. I go to the 'Test List Editor' I create some new groups attached to the
'Lists of Tests' node.
2. I save the information and the vsmdi file is automatically created in the
'Solution Items' folder.
3. I can double click the node and it reopen the 'Test List Editor', all is
fine.
4. Now, if I close the solution and then double click the same node as
before, I get an error:
"Metadata files that belong to projects cannot be edited. If you wish to
use the metadata file, please inport it into the solution"

What an I doing wrong?

The vsmdi file is *not* under source control.

TIA,
MartinH.
