The time obviously depends on the complexity of the website.
A standard 5-6 page brouchure website, usually takes 1-2 months as long as we are supplied with the textual content on time. This is often the biggest delay in the process. The amount of content a user/business must provide is very often under estimated.

An E-Commerce website usually takes 2-3 months. The customer would then be able to start adding their products/categories, images etc...
